Hotel: The host hotel, Gaylord Texan Resort & Convention Center - Grapevine, 1501 Gaylord Trail, Grapevine, TX 76051. Contracted nightly rate is $199 + tax which includes waived resort fee.

Parking: $15 daily garage fee

Networking: TAAO and ICTA Annual Conference isn't complete without the social events that provide opportunities for you to relax and connect with your colleagues. Whether you are a first-time attendee or at your 20th conference, be sure to take the time to participate in some or all of these events.

Refunds & Cancellations: Cancellations and refund requests must be in writing. Cancellations received by July 31st will be refunded less a $150 cancellation fee. Registration may be transferred at a $100 fee to another member in the same organization. Registration is non-refundable after July 31st. 

NOTE: The Early Bird discount requires payment in full no later than May 31st. Registrations received after May 31st will be considered Regular Registration at the regular price.

• Business casual attire is suggested for all conference sessions and events.
