This workshop is designed for tax assessor-collectors and their staff. It delivers practical guidance on the essential requirements of tax collections, helping offices reduce risk, improve consistency, and ensure compliance with statutory obligations. This course also qualifies for continuing education credit for both TDLR and TACA property tax professionals.

Course Materials: You are responsible for printing your student materials and bringing them to class with you. A link to print your materials will be emailed to you the week prior to your class date. Please be sure to check your spam/junk folder. Contact our office at 512-926-2511, if you haven't received the material by the Thursday prior to your class. (We will use the email address that you provided on your registration form or the address in your member profile if you registered through our website.)

Lodging: TAAO does not have a contracted hotel for this event. Upon registration, a link with discounted hotel rates will be included in your confirmation email.

All course cancellations incur a $100 cancellation fee and transfers incur a $40 transfer fee. Written notice of cancellation or transfer must be received no later than one week before the first day of the course to receive a refund (less the $100 cancellation fee) or transfer.
